We only offer our products for further resale.

1. Working hours

THI Europe Office Poland is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CET time (Warsaw, Paris, Berlin, Zagreb), except for legal holidays in Poland.

As a sign of our trust in our esteemed clients, we offer extended payment due dates for consecutive purchases if the first three orders are valued at least 200 EUR each, excluding tax (advance payment). 3. First purchase

THI Europe sells products to both EU and non-EU customers through a B2B online platform or directly through sales representatives via phone, email, Skype, Viber, Messenger, or Telegram. You can find our contact information on our website. However, before we establish a partnership and process your first purchase, we require your company tax registration details. To proceed with this, please send a request along with your contact details to our email address We will get back to you with further information.

4. Deliveries

Orders placed by 3 p.m. (Warsaw time) will ship the same day from the THI Europe warehouse located in Poland, Łódź. Orders placed after 3 p.m. will ship the next day. Shipping rates are weight-based and vary depending on the total weight of your package. To qualify your order for free shipping, please contact the Sales Representative. Please send us a request and your contact details to, and we come back to you with more information. Typical standard delivery takes around two to three working days around the EU countries. We work with GLS and Raben Group.

5. Other information

All prices listed on our B2B online platform or other quoted prices do not include VAT or any other taxes. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any import or tax duties that may occur upon final delivery. We provide insurance coverage for each order to ensure our clients’ security.

Before placing your first order, we need your tax identification and business registration details and certificates. Once we have those, we’ll give you access to the B2B platform.

As we’d like to make the partnership and registration process as smooth as possible, we’re offering free shipping on your first order to EU countries. This offer can’t be combined with other promotions or discounts. To qualify for free shipping, please get in touch with your Sales Representative.
