In the production process, we utilise only materials and components certified in terms of quality and safety. We also hold efficiency certificates. Our Laboratory possesses modern equipment operated by personnel with high technical and analytic competences. The goal of our analyses is to ensure we meet the requirements and expectations of our clients by delivering reliable and credible results. By fulfilling the declared quality policy, we guarantee credibility of our measurements, tests, and analyses according to established standards. Our products are manufactured based on a Quality Management System compliant with ISO 9001:2015, and the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Resource Management System. The efficiency of toner cassettes for colour laser printers is tested based on the ISO/IEC 19798 standard. The efficiency of toner cassettes for monochrome laser printers is tested based on the ISO/IEC 19752 standard. The efficiency of ink cartridges is tested based on the ISO/IEC 24711 standard.
